poured all day yesterday- finally let up around 3 when we finally rallied and got going. nothing is open on sundays because it is a holy day or whatever... fucking lame. even market central is open on sundays and all the sodexo workers have other shit to do like sell their crack. calvin ( mr. on time- kid is always late to everything. 1. almost missed the flight to pisa 2. came an hour late to dinner 3. missed orientation) yeah you get the point. he came with amanda, kim, sasha and i to the square to eat lunch. ive never stuffed myself so much, eaten so much food in my life. i would put up a picture but i am a retard (per-usual) and took pictures on my camera without a camera card in... uhh. k great. we all shared everything, had pesto pasta, egpplant and onion pizza, bruschetta, and caprese salad as well as tortellini. lunch came to 17 euro but it was worth everything. we did nothing all day yesterday, what pieces of shit we are.
we woke up at 730 this morning, language class started today. on the way to school we had an amazing view on the way. we kept telling ourselves "wow our lives are REALLY hard if we have to put up with this everyday", seriously, walking along the arno river every morning to class will never get old. Our classrooms are in the Eurocentres building across the river, only about a 30 minute walk. and guess who gets lost the first fucking day...? oh wait, yeah me. cool. my whole group got lost- we lost alll 133 kids. bahahaha TYPICAL.
"Mi chiamo ainsley, e tu?" was just some of what we learned today. we have a quiz on thursday.... way to jump the gun. awesome, not. hahaa these girls just walked into the lobby and were attacked by a gypsy today. apparently she looked like a witch. ahhahah
by the way, i ate a pizza outside of the santa maria del fiore... dream come true.
quote of the day:
lei รจ una puttana
ciao
ainsley
la vita bella
